Linda listens deeply, asks questions, and guides her clients to look within so they can access their spirituality and unlock their potential. They learn to identify what’s not working, determine what’s REALLY going on and uncover limiting agreements, beliefs, and thoughts. Then she supports clients as they shift these thinking patterns and take powerful, focused action to improve their lives. Linda supports individuals in recovery to take full responsibility for creating a fulfilling and joyful sober life. She teaches her clients to improve their relationships, increase their energy and replace fear with self-confidence as they shift from being a victim to the creator of their lives. She has been in recovery herself since 1987. Linda’s Power of Pause programs integrate principles from New York Times bestseller, The Four Agreements® with her innovative processes - DreamShifting and Speak With Confidence – to guide business professionals to master their fear and create freedom in every aspect of their lives.
