CRC Life Healing Center is looking for a very special leader who understands and appreciates the unique treatment environment and philosophy of the Life Healing Center of Santa Fe. The ideal candidate has extensive program knowledge and experience in the behavioral health area. She or he has run a successful treatment program for addictions, eating disorders, trauma or dual diagnosis issues. The candidate will be able to balance the business needs of the organization while identifying and expanding services into new referral groups and customer segments. In addition, he or she is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising and fiscal oversight of all administrative and program activities. She or he works with local, regional and state behavioral health agencies and their representatives to meet and exceed regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
