David M. Grey is a lawyer licensed in California for more than 40 years, representing small business and high net worth individuals, including treatment centers and sober livings in litigation, business disputes and as general counsel. David is one of the original founders of Handheld Monitoring LLC and in an attempt to give back what has been so freely given to him, serves as the CEO and is the Chairman of the Board of ABC Recovery Center, Inc., a non-profit alcohol and substance abuse center located in Indio California.

ABC started as a social model recovery more than 50 years ago, and has transitioned to evidence based treatment for the good of our clients. Handheld Monitoring was founded based on our experience in recovery and service to make evidence based monitoring and reporting available to all at an affordable price, and has now become eligible for reimbursement as part of Medi-Cal funded treatment in Riverside County and beyond. David has been unrelentingly sober since 1984.
